Your sisters always giggled like the little girls they were whenever the name 'Thor' was mentioned, but not you. Your eyes were drawn to the green and gold figure standing in the shadows.
It was never to be, however. You were a mere chore-girl, an errand runner for the Queen and her ladies; He was a prince, son of the All-Father and second heir to the throne of Asgard.
Yet still, you watched him. Whenever he passed by as you filled a pail or stumbled down the hallway with an armful of books, your breath would hitch in your throat and you would try and quiet the beating of your heart so as he would not hear it.
And, whenever you weren't looking, he would glance at you.

Loki groaned again as your phone battery died. "Your Misgardian contraptions distress me" He mumbled, a pout plastered on his face.
